Been coming here for a while and always have a great experience. Bagels are fresh, sandwiches come out quick even when they’re busy, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. One of my favorite neighborhood breakfast spots. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely delicious bagels and a great overall experience. Everything was fresh, well made, and worth the visit. The staff was friendly, and you can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great bagel spot.

Stopped in for breakfast and was really impressed. The bagels are made fresh in house, and you can actually see them being made in the back, which was a nice touch. I got an Everything Bagel and it was fresh, flavorful, and had the perfect texture. I also ordered a cappuccino, which was surprisingly good. The foam was light and smooth, and the coffee itself was well balanced and not overly bitter. Overall, a great breakfast spot with fresh food, quality coffee, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

First time trying this place and the service did not disappoint! The bagel was delicious and exceeded beyond my expectations. I dealt with Safaa and she was the sweetest person ever! Customer service is very important and safaa made sure my group and I were comfortable and welcomed! Love it! Will definitely go back.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered a lox bagel with vegan cream cheese and a gluten-free bun. The total came out to $23, which is significantly higher than what I’ve paid for a similar order anywhere in Manhattan. I noticed I was charged extra for the gluten-free bun instead of it being a substitution, and when I asked about it, the cashier insisted that “lox is expensive” and that this was the correct price. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was also charged an additional $3 for extra cream cheese that I never requested. Instead of vegan cream cheese, I was given regular cream cheese plus extra — which I cannot consume due to lactose intolerance. Overall, this experience felt misleading and poorly handled. Customers deserve transparent pricing and accurate orders, especially when dietary restrictions are involved. I would recommend double-checking your receipt and order before leaving.
